Returns & Warranty:
All of our items come with a 90-day manufacturers warranty. During this time we will replace and/or assist in repairing any items deemed damaged during shipping or defective from the manufacturer. This warranty does not include wear from normal use and/or damage due to incorrect use of the product.

Once a label is printed and we have staged your item pick-up from our warehouse, it will typically take up to 1 day or long for it to show up in tracking system. If after 10 days (economic shipping ) your shipping information has not been updated, you can contact our Customer Service for further assistance.
4. How long will it take to get my item?
Currently, all orders are shipped through our NY warehouses by FedEx or UPS ground transportation. Your product(s) will take one to seven business days to arrive, (unless there is an unforeseen weather challenge). West Coast orders usually arrive within three business days and East Coast orders within seven business days.
