We have two material option. One is in wood, one is in iron metal material. Both are 330mm wide, the wood option is 7mm thick, the iron metal option is 2mm thicl.

The iron material option is plated with smooth matt black outside. So all the black colour medal hangers are metal. We use electrophoresis process to make the color, this allow us to make the finish in to nanometer level, no air will go through the color coating so our product will not rust. Compare to the regular painting process or powder coating process the other sellers do, our color coating is smoother and looks more elegant. The screws we used are all stainless-steel material with black finish too. The other sellers use iron screw, it will rust after some time and the medal hanger could fall off the wall because the medal hanger with so many medals would be heavy. To prevent such danger from happening, we use long size stainless steel screw nails. And because stainless steel is a harder material, the cross groove on the top of the nail head would not be easy to be grinded away. This is very important, if the groove is grinded away when you screw the nail hardly, you could not take the nail off.

All dimensions are measured manually .
Error of measurements may exist with tolerance （ranged）at 0.5 -1cm.
