1.นำขนมปังแผ่นมาตัดสไสด์หั่นครึ่งเป็น 2 ชิ้น

2 นำเนยมาวางที่อุณหภูมิห้อง ให้นิ่มอ่อนตัว จากนั้นหั่นเป็นชิ้นเล็กๆ ใช้เครื่องผสมตีให้เนยฟูเล็กน้อย

3 เมื่อเนยฟูได้ที่ ผสมน้ำตาลทรายลงไปหนึ่งหยิบมือเล็กๆ ตีผสมจนเข้ากันดี

4 นำเนยไปปาดหน้าขนมปังที่เราเตรียมไว้ให้ทั่วทั้งชิ้น

5 เทน้ำตาลใส่ถาดไว้ จากนั้นนำขนมปังที่ปาดเนยแล้วลงไปคลุกกับน้ำตาลทราย

6 นำขนมปังขึ้น เคาะๆน้ำตาลออก อย่าให้เกาะหนาจนเกินไป จากนั้น วางเรียงใส่ถาดเตรียมนำเข้าเตาอบ

7 อบที่อุณหภูมิ 170 องศาเซลเซียส ประมาณ 8-10 นาที สังเกตดูที่ขนมจะเริ่มมีความแข็งกรอบ กลิ่นหอมของเนยจะเริ่มฟุ้ง

8 นำออกจากเตา พักให้เย็น เก็บใส่กล่องไว้รับประทานได้ค่ะ
