- ก่อนแกะกล่องสินค้า ต้องถ่ายคลิปวีดีโอ ใบปะหน้ากล่องสินค้าให้เห็นชื่อลูกค้า ที่อยู่ ขณะแกะกล่องสินค้า และสินค้าที่แพ็คในกล่องสินค้า โดยไม่ตัดต่อ และถ่ายต่อเนื่องในคลิปเดียวจบ
- หากพบว่ากล่องสินค้าชำรุด ฉีกขาด แตกหัก ให้ถ่ายมุมของกล่องสินค้าไว้เป็นหลักฐานก่อนแกะ
- เมื่อพบปัญหา สินค้าไม่ครบ ส่งผิด ชำรุด แตกหัก จากการขนส่ง ให้ลูกค้าส่งคลิปหลักฐานและแจ้งเลขที่สั่งซื้อให้แอดมินร้าน ท่างแอดมินร้านจะติดต่อประสานงานและแก้ไขปัญหาภายใน วันทำการ1วันทำการ
❗️ กรณีไม่รับเคลม/คืนสินค้า
- แจ้งเคลมสินค้า แตกหัก เสียหาย เป็นรอย ใช้งานไม่ได้ โดยไม่มีคลิปประกอบ ตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด
- สินค้าหายนอกเหนือจากการขนส่งสินค้า เช่น ลูกค้าทำสินค้าชำรุดเอง แตกหักจากการติดตั้ง หรือ เคลื่อนย้ายสินค้า โดยไม่ระมัดระวัง
