1. ระยะเวลารับประกัน 3 ปี ในส่วนของโครงรถอัลลอยด์ นับตั้งแต่วันที่ซื้อสินค้า/ 3 year warranty for alloy frame from purchasing date.

1. การรับประกันนี้ไม่รวมถึงอะไหล่รถ เช่น ล้อหน้า, ล้อหลัง, เบรก, ซี่ลวด, เกือกเบรก, ตลับลูกปืน และส่วนประกอบร่วมต่าง ๆ เช่น เบาะนั่ง All spare part items (e.g. : drive wheel, caster wheels, brake, wheel assembly, break shoe, bearing of each part ) and other accessories / optional items (e.g. : Sheet cushion) are not covered under this warranty.

2. ความเสียหายที่เกิดจาก ไฟไหม้, ภัยธรรมชาติ เช่น น้ำท่วม ฟ้าผ่า แผ่นดินไหว, การใช้งานไม่ถูกต้องหรือใช้ผิดเงื่อนไขในคู่มือการใช้, การดัดแปลง ต่อเติม ความเสียหายดังกล่าวนี้อยู่นอกเหนือการรับประกันตามเงื่อนไข ดังนั้น ลูกค้าจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น รวมถึงค่าอะไหล่และค่าบริการในการซ่อมแซมด้วยตนเอง

Damage due to fire, natural disasters (e.g. : flood, lightning, earthquake, etc.) misuse, failure to follow the given usage instruction, modifying, add-on accessories which are not Matsunag’s accessories are out of warranty and customer will talk full responsibility of the expenses of spare parts and repair service fee.
